    La CUCINA

    L'Argomento di cui volevo parlare oggi è la CUCINA......x cucina di un ristorante....(ke comprendere: trattorie, alberghi, agriturismi ecc) nn  bisogna  pensare a come una cucina di casa propria dv si preparano piatti conosciti e limitati, oppure come al giorno d'oggi ke la cucina è diventata un fast food!!NO Deluso!!!!dietro un grande ristorante c'è un grande cuoco ke porta avanti la cucina con la sua fantasia ed esperienza!!!io ho intitolato il mio spaces TONY LO CHEFSorriso.......xchè la mia ambizione è quella di diventare un grande CHEF e creare piatti e farli conoscere in tut il mondo......ed aprire un mio ristrante con piatti creati da me!!!!nel mondo del lavoro di cuoco e duro.!...ci vuole sl la  passione x potere diventare davvero un gran cuoco!!!!io mi trovo in cucina ci metto passione e fantasia ....
    nel cercare di invetare nuovi piatti o rivisitarli e far riscoprire i vecchi sapori ai gg nostri!!!!
